A Note To Current Students Who Would Like A Recommendation From Me

I'm happy to write recommendations for students, but you should, of course, ask me first! Assuming that I have agreed, I need the following from you:

A list of departments and schools to which you will apply,
For those recommendations that must be mailed, please provide stamped envelopes with the address on it,
For those recommendations that must be submitted electronically, please provide the website,
A copy of your transcript,
Your GRE scores, if you have them.
